Rainy Day Equals Lazy Day

Lilly took the bed in the spare bedroom….a fat fluffy comforter fit for the princess that she is.

Lucy decided on our bed.  She looks slightly guilty, like she shouldn’t be on the bed.  She looks mighty comfy though.

Petey opted for his own bed.  Guess he didn’t feel like sharing with anyone.

Bad Teeth

Lucy had to go to the vet to have her teeth checked out.  I knew of at least one broken tooth.  Turns out she had three broken teeth that had to be removed.  Poor girl, I felt so bad for her.  Had to put towels under her because she was drooling some blood. 

All Jacked Up…..Day 9

Yeah, that’s right, day freaking 9.  No work could be done when the weather wouldn’t cooperate.  Yesterday a lot of work was accomplished, and hoping tomorrow they get completely done since it is going to rain again.

I had to take Lucy to the vet to get some teeth extracted so I got home at lunch time. 

Lunch is now over…..get back to work please.

Meet Jack….well at least one of them.

The view at the end of the day.  They are down to only 4 holes….fingers crossed they finish tomorrow. 

The birds get to watch all this work going on….they basically have a front row seat.  I heard one of the workers making a cooing noise like a dove which made Lila scream.  Then I heard laughter erupt outside.  I think that each time they make my evil bird scream we should get a discount off the work….sounds like a good deal.  🙂

Lilly:  I’m not playing with Glen’s shoestring….It only appears that I am.

Lilly:  Ok, nevermind.  I am totally going to annihilate this shoestring!

Lilly:  You can quit taking my picture now….you’re killing my good time.

Lucy doesn’t have floppy ears…..but she doesn’t have ears that stand up all the way either.
