While I am busy sleeping the day away and missing the beautiful spring weather, Glen took a video of busy bees for me.
Every five weeks or so I have to work a weeks worth of overnight shifts. Here are Saturday and Sunday mornings view as I drove home.
Saturday morning
Sunday Morning
I absolutely LOVED the show The X-Files. So when I found out Mitch Pileggi was going to be at Planet Comicon I knew without a doubt I was going to go so I could see him. Glen and I sat in on his panel and we, (by that I mean I), were not disappointed. He was very funny, gracious and personable. Now I just want to go re-watch the show.
Yesterday Glen and I attended Planet Comicon. Several great actors from some of our favorite science fiction/fantasy shows were there. Plus, you can never go wrong with the fantastic people watching 🙂
Scott Wilson was there this year. We are HUGE fans of The Walking Dead, so his panel was a must see. We loved his character, Hershel. Of course, Scott Wilson has been in some excellent movies as well such as The Great Gatsby, In Cold Blood and In the Heat of the Night, just to name a few.
Also in attendance this year was Michael Rooker. He played the character we all loved to hate on The Walking Dead, Merle. Unfortunately, we missed his panel because it was on Saturday and we only attended on Sunday. However, he was at his booth meeting and greeting his fans, two of which were dressed as Groot and Rocket from the movie Guardians of the Galaxy.
Stay tuned for more pictures from the Con tomorrow 😉
Patience paid off. I finally got some good shots of the little gray tufted titmouse last week.
