Our most recent wine making was a batch of Gewurztraminer. It is a nice slightly sweet white wine that pairs well with spicy food. Can’t wait for it to age so we can cook up some nice spicy Thai food to pair it with.
Like Mother Teresa, only better.

Gewurztraminer is my favorite wine of all time. I bought several bottles on a tour of the Sonoma Valley in the late 1980’s. It’s hard to find in the area where I live.

It isn’t as popular here either. We got 30 bottles out of this batch and I can’t wait for it to age so I can enjoy a glass. God bless being able to brew at home. 🙂
