Every day when Lucy and I go for our walk we see, but mostly hear, these little birds.  They relentlessly sing their songs, possibly in hopes of getting a female to take notice of them.  Or maybe they are just happy to be alive.  Maybe both.

Snow geese coming in for a landing on the lake.  All systems are good, flaps and landing gear are down.

Glen and I ventured out to our city lake Sunday.  There was a huge flock of snow geese circling the lake before coming in for a landing.
