Hunting for Morels
We didn’t find a lot of them, but we found enough to thoroughly enjoy a good mess of fried morels.

Since I had to work the entire week of Christmas, Glen and I had our celebration on the 28th. This year we cooked up a leg of lamb, and it was delicious.
We had the butcher debone and butterfly the leg. We made a past of garlic, chopped rosemary, salt and pepper that we spread on the inside and outside of the leg.
We rolled it up and tied it with pretty bows 🙂
We had sauteed green beans….
The lamb leg was roasted on potatoes and garlic.
It was a yummy, yummy dinner!
