Pictures while sitting in a tree
Last Saturday was the opening weekend of rifle deer season. My husband goes every year and thankfully filled his two tags on the first day. However, while waiting for the deer to make their appearance he took a couple of pictures.
Hiding in Plain Sight
We went to Glen’s mothers house yesterday evening and this fella was sitting on her front porch light. Guess he was waiting for night to fall so he could partake in bugstravaganza.
Sticky Feet
Cute little tree frog that decided our living room window was the perfect place to hunt for bugs.
Babies
Saturday morning we had baby turkeys pass through our yard. Of course, being the 4th of July, someone set off a loud firework, causing a big boom and scaring off the turkeys. I had just enough time to snap two pictures.
Tiny Toad
This little toad was so cute, but he didn’t want to have anything to do with posing for a picture.
Lounging Lizard
Found this five lined skink lounging on a burned log in the fire pit. Will have to thoroughly check the fire pit next time we use it. Don’t want to burn up any critters.
Hunting Moths
Lily has quite the appetite for moths. She is always on the hunt for them while sitting on the window sill.

I got home from the gym the other evening and this big fat fella had parked himself under the motion light by the garage door.
